Just select the family tree art of your choice, FamilySearch automatically pre-fills the tree, and you can print at home or download and print at a copy shop.

I usually don’t create family tree art, books, etc, because I feel like my tree needs to be edited and if I’m investing money in a finished product I will be furious if I see any errors. Explore Historical Images searches the basic information that was captured for billions of image-only records and gives you a list of relevant record collections.

For example, a search for “Delta, Millard, Utah” for the year 1994, I found collections of obituaries from the period 1933–2014. These images haven’t been indexed yet, but I can browse them to find my ancestor.

Explore Historical Images shows you the relevant record collections it finds. To learn what is in each collection, look at the basic information that was gathered when the images were taken.

Different columns may show you the place, type of record, dates, and volume information for the collection. You may find collections with vital records (birth, marriage, and death records), church records, civil records, military records, population counts, and more.

In our example, the obituaries from Delta, Utah, show volumes that are separated alphabetically. Because of this structure, the correct record set was easy to find.

Rockstar’s slick and stylish 80’s throwback open-world action game makes some smart improvements to the base formula, becoming one of the PSP’s most essential titles.

The driving mechanics here aren’t the greatest – cars have a habit of spinning out, trucks are slow and cumbersome while bikes have barely any weight, but it’s a fun enough means of getting around.

A large amount of the missionsare based around driving – these can range from transporting a drug shipment from the docks while evading police to acting as the getaway driver after a heist in a bank. One of my favourites involvedacting as a stuntman on a film set and having to take the most dangerous (but exciting) route while ramming other cars off the roadto keep going –Vice City Storiesis full of inventive moments like this which always keeps it feeling fresh.

When you’re not in a vehicle you’ll be making your way around on foot – Vic can run, jump and swim but he’s mostly going to be engaging in firefights with police and other gang members via some simplistic third-person shooting mechanics. One shoulder button locks on to the nearest enemywhile square shoots and you cantoggle between weapons with thedpad. There were times I found it a little finicky (especially when you’re overwhelmed by foes) but it does the job and there’s a huge range of weapons here, which are all fun to mess around with.

In my view, engineering cloud adoption is like a journey, and it can’t be done overnight. Product enterprises need to think through multiple business priorities, challenges, and choose the right partner, and Hyperscalers to proceed on this path. Engineering applications are extremely sensitive. They hold important, proprietary product data. In the current global scenario, the hidden cost of an IP breach is more than what it is perceived. In our experience of working with clients, this loss of information can lead to losing more than 50% of the business and/ or can cause close to 40% of issues around operations. Often, product enterprises think that a simple ‘lift & shift’ model holds good when it comes to migration to the cloud. In our experience, it is not that simple. For example, a large industrial products manufacturer in North America failed twice to migrate their Product Lifecycle Management application from a software vendor-provided SaaS model to an enterprise cloud. The team on the ground repeatedly overlooked the performance need. The nuances of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS need to be considered before hosting the applications on the cloud.

Fort Worth’s Butler Place, 42 acres of land just east of downtown, is already receiving interest from developers, but several legal hurdles must be cleared before the area sees a rebirth.

The historic public housing project was once home to more than 400 families and became increasingly isolated as highways surrounded the land. Despite that isolation, Fort Worth Housing Solutions, which owns the property, already has received unsolicited proposals for the site, according to Mary-Margaret Lemons, president of the agency.

“People have come in completely on their own and expressed interest or had some proposals, ” she said. “We inform the board, but we have not taken any action.”

Before redevelopment of the area moves forward officials have presented a plan that seeks to both preserve the area’s history and provide economic development opportunities.

The redevelopment of the site presents the city with great opportunity, but also presents some challenges to preserve some historic aspects of the area, Fernado Costa, assistant city manager, told the Fort Worth City Council during its work session Sept. 6.

Among the more specific proposals are an amphitheater seating about 1, 000 on 6.5 acres of greenspace in the southeastern portion of the property.

The plans are the result of meeting with the public by the Butler Advisory Committee from 2019 to 2022. Costa said the end result of the project should be a “win-win proposition.”

“The city will benefit by preserving the best of our past at Butler Place and yet creating opportunities for new development that will allow our city to continue our remarkable growth, ” he said.

The city of Fort Worth and Fort Worth Housing Solutions have negotiated a memorandum of agreement with the Texas State Historic Preservation Office, which is now under review by the U.S. Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, to receive a federal clearance to proceed with the redevelopment of Butler Place, he said. The plans include some historic preservation components.

The property, located east of Fort Worth’s downtown and bordered by U.S. Highway 287, Interstate 35W and Interstate 30, has served as a public housing community since it opened in 1942. It is now vacant after residents were relocated to new apartments and residences in the area through the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Rental Assistance Demonstration program.

Deputy director and senior vice president, housing and client services with Fort Worth Housing Solutions, said the organization began conducting workshops in September 2019 to discuss redevelopment plans.

Butler Place was named for Henry H. Butler, a Civil War veteran and the first African American teacher in the Fort Worth school system. Butler Place was one of the 52 Public Works Administration projects as part of President Franklin D.Roosevelt’s New Deal.

HUD has in place a declaration of trust for Butler Place. The declaration is a legal obligation that binds HUD’s interest in the property, according to Lemons.

Until the property receives a release from HUD, Butler Place can operate only as a public housing entity, she said. As soon as Fort Worth Housing Solutions finalizes the memorandum of understanding with the state and other parties, Lemons said, the organization will apply to HUD for a Section 22 Streamlined Voluntary Conversion.

Once agency officials apply for the conversion, they should receive a response from HUD in 60 days, Lemons said. She is hoping Housing Solutions can apply by the end of the year.

“We’re still working through the processes with HUD to have the property be able to be disposed of, ” Lemons said. “And we’re still working with our local committee here to finalize what their thoughts and wishes are, and present those to our board so they can make all the decisions.”
